At Faeborn, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at faeborn050925@gmail.com
